Cost of session is non-refundable.
Session may be cancelled or rescheduled through the booking system with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time and non-attendance will result in the session being forfeited.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. Any exception is at the discretion of Crafted Moves and does not create an ongoing entitlement.
If Crafted Moves cancel a session, your session credit will be returned or the session rescheduled.
ALL session Packs are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period unless an extension is required under the Australian Consumer Law or has been approved by Crafted Moves.
Technology may fail, get in touch with me if you do not receive confirmation of your purchase or booking.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and current information relevant to safe participation. Please notify Laurence of any injury, health condition, pregnancy or material change before your session.
Crafted Moves may request medical or allied health clearance when appropriate and may recommend that a session be postponed or modified.

Arrive to your session a few minutes earlier so the session can start on time and without disruption.
Mobile phone to be on silent/turned off. (Low volume ring if you are expecting emergency call)
Wear appropriate and comfortable clothing to move, grippy socks are recommended for safety and hygiene purposes.
Stay hydrated, bring some water and a perspiration towel if you need.
For hygiene reasons, clean the equipment/props after use and follow instructions given at the end of the session.
